End User License Agreement

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity. If your account is terminated, you may contact [email protected]. to request a review.

The Services, including but not limited to software, code, algorithms, AI models, trademarks, logos, text, and content, are the exclusive property of GoByond.AI. You do not own any rights in the Services except for the limitedlicense granted in this EULA.

We collect, store, and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at: GoByond.AI Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data.

Some features may require payment or subscriptions.

• Fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
• Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled.
• Users will receive prior notification before auto-renewal.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

We may:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the Services at any time.
• Provide software updates that may install automatically.
• Notify users of major changes affecting their experience.
• We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you:

• Violate this EULA, applicable laws, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the Services.

Upon termination:

• You will immediately lose access to the Services.
• Any outstanding fees remain payable.
• We may permanently delete your data, except where retention is required by law.

The Services are provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• AI-generated recommendations will be accurate, reliable, or suitable.
• The Services will be free of security vulnerabilities.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, GoByond.AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputational harm.
• Unauthorized access, security breaches, or service disruptions beyond our control.

Exception: This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence, fraud,or willful misconduct by GoByond.AI.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability under this EULA shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the last 12 months.

This EULA shall be governed by UAE Laws. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), except for cases requiring injunctive relief.

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms. Users will be notified of material changes where required by law.
